Typical characteristics

We produce wire bent parts and technical springs from stainless steel and almost all suitable materials for individual technical purposes. In addition to bending and stamping other wire components, we provide the tooling know-how through in-house design and toolmaking.

Design and application

CNC wire bent parts are used in the automotive industry, by power tool manufacturers, in electronics, mechanical engineering, medical technology, furniture industry and construction. We mainly process stainless spring wires such as 1.4310, 1.4301, 1.4568 and 1.4571, as well as DH, SH and SM wires according to DIN EN ISO 10270 plus non-ferrous metals, special materials and in some cases flat wire, profiled wire and square wire.

Wire diameters and applications

Wire diameters from about 0.80 to 2.50 mm for wire springs, retaining springs, safety springs and formed springs in many industries.

Machinery

Production on CNC wire bending machines and cam-controlled stamping and bending machines from Bihler, Wafios and Biegema.

Process reliability

In-house heat treatment, end processing, vibratory finishing and barrel finishing provide controlled process chains.

Samples and prototypes

The sample-making department produces prototypes, sample parts and small batches, often without additional tooling costs.
